Payment Summary & Requesting Payment from RMS

When you click on the Organization's "Payments" tab, you will be presented a summary of all money received by your organization
for each type of event (or membership, pass, etc) that you have set up. You can also look at prior year totals by changing the
year pulldown.

From this page, you can also request the full or partial balance available to your organization (Undisbursed balance) by clicking
the "Request our Funds.." button. You can also transfer money to other organizations that use our system (ex. transfer race fees
on behalf of your organization's members for races run by other clubs).

When you request payment of your organization's funds, you will be sent to the screen shown above. Here you will be shown your available
balance (less any hold backs like the samples shown in gray). You can then specify the amount you want to recieve up to that available amount.

When you request transfer of funds to another org, you will be sent to the screen shown above. Here you will be shown your available
balance (less any hold backs like the samples shown in gray). You can then specify the amount you want to transfer and the organization
ou wish to send it to along with a note explaining what the money is payment for.
