Adding a Spouse to your account

Here are the steps to add (or remove) a spouse to your profile using the tools available in your RMS account:

1) If you have not done so already, login to your account: (click HERE for how-to)

2) Once you have logged in, click on the " Add Spouse" button under "Spouse and Family Information:


3) Enter the spouse's last name in the search field provided and click "Search". If the person is in the system, you can then select them from the search results list. If they are not found in the system, you can add them by clicking the "Create a new entry" button. PLEASE NOTE: To avoid duplicate records, you must at least do an initial search before you can create a new owner record.

5) Assuming the person was found and you select them from the list, you will then have to confirm the addition of a spouse by clicking the "Confirm" button. NOTE: When you have confirmed this change, your spouse will be sent an email notifying them of this action.

6) Your personal profile screen will now show a spouse listed:

6a) To remove a spouse from your profile, simply click the "Remove" button next to their name.
