The Constitution YC Spring Regatta is the first MBSA Qualifier and includes a Short Handed class as well. 

The first start is at 12:00 with one race planned.  Starting line will be in the vicinity of Broad Sound near Boston North Channel Bell (Finns Ledge) R"2"
