Circle the Lights - SI's updated on 5/31

Notice to all competitors.

The Sailing Instructions have been updated as of 4:00pm on 5/31/22.

The update specifically adds a 2nd course option in the event the RC determines any fleet may not be able to complete the original course within the time limit. As a result, on the water, the RC will designate which course each fleet shall sail. Different fleets may be designated different courses.
