I accept full responsibility for the conduct of each member of my crew and guests during the Camden Classics Cup. I acknowledge that I have sole responsibility of my crew and yacht. I hereby agree to all of the conditions for the Classics Cup and shall inform each member of my crew of these conditions. I hereby warrant my yacht will be outfitted, equipped and handled in accordance with these conditions; that she will have all the required equipment aboard; that she is seaworthy in hull, rig, engines and gear and that she will be completely and competently manned. The Camden Classics Cup directors, organizers, volunteers and sponsors employees and agents are in no way responsible for accidents, damages or injury to property or to yachts, crew, guests, spectators or others arising from any cause during or related to any activities of the Rendezvous.  Weather and sea conditions must be evaluated by each skipper and crew and each participant is responsible for determining whether it is safe for them to participate. The responsibility of wearing a life jacket rests upon the Skipper and the crew. If assistance is provided by Committee vessels and personnel, it is at the risk of the participants. I agree that the rating information with my entry as filed with the  Committee is to the best of knowledge correct. In consideration of your accepting my entry for the regatta, I do for myself, my administrators and assigns, waive and release any and all claims that I have against Camden Classics Cup, the Race Committee, the Directors, the Sponsors, their officers, directors, agents, the Volunteers or any one or more of their personal representatives, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors or assigns, including any or all claims for damage or injury caused by accident or by negligence of any of them arising out of my participation or that of my yacht in the Camden Classics Cup and its related activities including pre-start and post finish operations and shore activities.
