AMENDMENT # 2

The Sailing Instructions for the August 8-11, 2019 Monhegan, Manana, and Seguin Island Races are Amended as follows: The first sentence of Paragraph 7.2 shall be deleted and replaced by the following: "All boats must communicate their rounding times when rounding the marks assigned to each boats' division, as described on the Mark Rounding Card. Such communication shall be made as soon as possible, after rounding, to the Finish Line Committee by VHF Radio Channel 78A.
