This regatta focuses on fun and sailing for the participants in a casual and friendly environment. We welcome Jr. Sailors of all skill levels and experience.

Update July 17 - Registration has closed. The race has been filled to capacity.

The Hull Yacht Club Junior Sailing Committee apologizes that we had to close the registration for the Junior Scorpion Bowl. We only had 110 sailors in 2022, which
is a very comfortable number for us. We are now at 150 registrants, which is more than we have ever seen before.
This is not a decision we took lightly. We made it for two important reasons:

1. Our race committee feels like they are at capacity with the number of sailors they can safely manage on the water. Seeing that every sailor has a safe, fair, and fun racing experience is our foremost priority.
2. The Hull Yacht club's physical docks and facilities are too small to host any more entrants. The last time we were close to this many entrants the docks were barely navigable with Opti's piled on top of Opti's.

We very sincerely thank you for your interest and hope you will understand that we would not have closed the registration if there was a way to safely avoid it.

The Scorpion Bowl is proud to be a part of the the South Shore Junior Sailing Championships. Results from the following regattas will be tallied together to award both Individuals and Clubs with the distinction of the South Shore Junior Champion.
• Hingham Bay Junior Regatta – July 13-14th
• Hull Scorpion Bowl – July 20-21st
• Quincy Junior Lipton Cup – July 29-30th
• Cottage Park YC Make-A-Wish (newly added for 2023!) – August 5-6th
