RC Start signal boat

Correction to SI 24:

The RC Start boat will be Tom & Lynn Long's Albin 32+2 motoryacht, IDYLL (with a dark hull), and not SYC PATROL II.

Amendment No.2 to NOR/SI has been posted

Attention all competitors,

Amendment No.2 to the NOR/SI has been issued (see below).

The published Notice of Race and Sailing Instructions has been altered to reflect this change.

REMINDERS:

Please stay well clear of the starting area before your start.  A pre-start check-in is not required for Pursuit Starts.  The requirements of SI 2.3 apply at the start.  

Also, please review the Entries list and starting times, you may have the same starting time as another boat!

2023 Gulfport to Pensacola Race

The Gulfport to Pensacola Regatta Committee is pleased to announce the scheduling of the 73rd Gulfport to Pensacola Race. The Race will begin on Friday, June 30, 2023. A Skippers' Meeting will be held at Gulfport Yacht Club on the evening of Thursday, June 29, and an Awards Ceremony will be held at Pensacola Yacht Club on the evening of Saturday, July 1, where there will be complimentary hors doerves. As usual, each boat will receive a voucher for a pitcher of PYC Bushwhackers, sponsored by Regatta Al Sol.

We will continue our recognition of those who have participated in the Race for 20 years are more as members of the Sea Buoy Society. New members will be presented with a Sea Buoy Society pin.

We hope you will come out and participate in this historic race!

The NOR and Application for membership in the Sea Buoy Society have been posted.
